The first preset uses the third time pattern, which is a dual delay line giving 3/4 of the delay time on the left and the full delay time on the right. This clips uses the Moving Head Tape mode with the third time pattern and octave up and down voicing (8H 8L)to create a very cool rhythmic delay sound. The third time pattern is used with the tempo set to the quarter note time of the song to give a combination of on beat and off beat delays.
