Analog Mode Description

The analog delay is based on the solid-state “bucket brigade” delays of the 1970s. When the tone knob is in the 12 o'clock position, you’ll hear the substantial high-frequency roll-off characteristic of these devices. The feedback path includes a saturator that will introduce some distortion when the feedback signal becomes large. This clip uses a lot of distortion before the TimeBender delay pedal. The TimeBender is setup to use an analog delay mode, slightly raised tone, some mod and repeats at about 60% and the mix fairly low at about 40%. The voicing is 8H U with time pattern 10 and a delay of 625 ms, which gives 3 taps on the left with octave up pitch shift and 3 taps on the right with no pitch shift. more ...
