This clip uses a lot of distortion before the TimeBender delay pedal. The TimeBender is setup to use an analog delay mode, slightly raised tone, some mod and repeats at about 60% and the mix fairly low at about 40%. The voicing is 8H U with time pattern 10 and a delay of 625 ms, which gives 3 taps on the left with octave up pitch shift and 3 taps on the right with no pitch shift. This clips was recorded directly out of the TimeBender with a Parker Nitefly guitar followed by a RAT distortion pedal used for input.
